Sorry. I just had like… the worst week. It was really stressful and the result of that was me binging. Luckily for me, I only gained 1 pound so I’m still going strong!

1/2 Cup shredded reduced fat Sargento Italian blend: 160 calories
1/2 Cup of baby spinach: 6 calories
Alexia spicy sweet potato fries: 130 calories
Total: 406 calories
I made this tonight and it was perfect. It hits the spot on those days where you want something satisfying and ‘junk food-ish.’

I’m back! After spring break and two nightmare-ish weeks in college, I’m back! I’ve been so stressed out I haven’t been keeping up with my diet and excercising… So I’m starting over.
I noticed I have to get rid of some belly fat before my abs even start showing… so I guess I have to add more cardio to my workout.

Try to change your calorie intake. Trick your body. Eat just a little more calories than you used to for one day, and then go back to normal. This confuses your body and instead of just getting used to the calories you usually eat, it’ll try to adjust again making you lose weight.
There’s a trick to this. Let’s say your weekly intake of calories is 10,500. Instead of making sure you eat 1,500 calories everyday, try varying them a little.
Monday: 1450 calories
Tuesday: 1500 calories
Wednesday: 1550 calories
Thursday: 1400 calories
Friday: 1450 calories
Saturday 1550 calories
Sunday 1600 calories.
If you add that up, it still gives you 10,500 weekly calories. If you trick your body this way, the probability of you plateauing minimizes incredibly and if you ARE in a plateau you’ll come out of it. c:
